The opening of Harvard Square restaurant marks our eleventh Friendly Toast location and our long-awaited return to the Cambridge area. As many Boston natives and Toast aficionados know, we once opened our second location in Kendall Square back in 2009, just a short trip down the road from our current location on Mass Ave. We said so long to Kendall Square in 2020, but we've been promising a return to Cambridge ever since and couldn't be happier to have found a new home in the heart of Cambridge with Harvard Square.

2022 Friendly Fundraisers Wrapped

Each year, The Friendly Toast chooses a variety of local nonprofit organizations to donate a portion of our specials' proceeds to, lovingly named our Friendly Fundraisers. Each Friendly Toast location joins together to donate $1 from the sales of both food and drink specials to their chosen charity, helping us to give back to the variety of communities that we are lucky enough to serve and call home.
